misc debris

another beautiful morning in the pastoral fields of west central ohio... dAAve sorry bout what my son's Reds did to your 'Stros last evening!

Lash: I drink a lot of water, a lot of coffee, and have been trying not to drink so much diet pop.

Anyone wanna buy a 1 acre building lot in KY? I have been trying to sell this thing for over a year. HP seems to have a plan for this situation that He has yet to reveal to me.

I got in a nice 12 mile bike ride last nite after taking Ian out to the driving range to hit balls. I wasn't hitting so well, haven't had time to get out this summer like I did last summer. We've been pretty dang busy! It was such a beautiful evening out last nite. Clear skies, wispy clouds, a pink, orange, purple sunset... Oh man... makes riding the bike alot easier!

Prayer for they day...

God/HP, thanks for the gift of continued sobriety and serenity. I cherish the peace of mind you've enabled me to have. I pray that I may continue to cultivate my Faith in You. The faith that everything will be ok no matter what happens is such a gift, thank You for Your patience with me, regarding Faith. I pray that today, I may be of service to those around me, and use my business to help others. I pray for Your Will and Grace in the lives of my family, friends and especially for the alcoholics out there struggling or otherwise. Thank You God for the blessings in my life today, again most especially for the Peace and Serenity that comes from placing my will and the care of my life in Your hands each day.

peace be with y'all....

Man I wish I could be so spiritual and serene. (Did I spell that right?) Any how, thanks for your advice Scott, I love looking back at what I wrote and seeing all the insanity! Thank God for AA and all my sober buddies!

You sound well! My bike is out in the garage where I left it last fall.

Oh I bet that sky was amazing to see last night. It still sounds like you are having a wonderful summer despite the "not getting out" as you did last year. You gotta pics of that sky for us to see. Perhaps a HNT shot coming?

:)

I love how Will & Grace made it into your prayer.

My Astros need some 12-step work.

A 12 mile bike ride is a pretty wonderful thing, especially with a painted sky.
