wierd day today...

In one of those wierd moods... I started the day with a trip to the county jail for our weekly meeting, stopped at a home that I noticed was for sale by owner to tlak to them for a few minutes, went by a customer's house to pick up some documents, went to the grocery, went home and hung out with Ian. We went looking around Lowes and Menards at materials to build a couple new dors for my shed, then came home and hung out some more. Momma bear has been in a pretty crappy space all day, I think her teeth are bothering her, so not knowing what exactly to do, I've decided to give her some space. Ian is about to hit the hay and I am in here computing. I haven't felt like doing much all day, just one of those sorta blah, tired-ish kinda moods. It's been snowing all day, which is not right since we had a couple weeks at the end of March in the 70's. And now we're back to winter weather. yuck... So, I guess I am going to surf around some and go hit the hay in awhile. I hope that tomorrow turns out to be a more productive day. We have a garage sale next weekend, and I have hardly pulled anything out to sell. She worked on it some today, and her mom and cousin come back Tuesday to help out and get ready. So far, I have gotten the garage all cleaned out and fairly well organized but that's about it. Today at Menards, I picked up a couple more sets of heavy duty plastic shelves to further organize the garage. I'll probably put those together tomorrow and go through all my clothes and my office closet for stuff to sell/pitch. Ho hum, lol.

Prayer for today...

God/JC/HP, thanks for another sober day, it all begins with that, andI pray that I never forget it. Thanks for sending Tom to his first AA mtg in jail this morning. He seems ready to give this a go, I hope and pray that he is. Help me to remember to call my sponsee tomorrow. He asked if we could get together this weekend. I'd at least like to talk with him on the phone. Please help me to have a little bit better attitude tomorrow. I kinda let the weather and my wife sorta get me bugged today and I am sure that Ian picked up on it. I pray that I might go ahead and volunteer to teach religion classes at church this fall. I want to, but I am concerned about the time commitment (my wife isn't fond of me being gone) and I am a little nervous about whether or not I am prepared to do something like that. But, I really want to help, and to give back to the church.

peace be with you all...

I cannot imagine what you men go thru with us gals. I tell Mitch that I feel sorry for him and I would not want to be in his shoes dealing with me. :) No but seriously, giving her space is the safest thing.

Hope your Sunday has a little bit more Spice! :)
