Inmate's Wife got me! I am tagged.... (see below)

Ok, 7 random or wierd facts I learned in recovery...

1.) There's a Higher Power, and his name ain't Scott...
2.) That I don't always have to be right... (though sometimes I find this one difficult)
3.) That I am Third (I am here to serve God 1st, my fellow human being next then by doing these two things I get what I need. God comes first then my fellow man, I am Third.)
4.) That I am responsible for my own actions. I have a responsibility to God, those around me and myself to stay sober, and I am no longer a victim of my disease.
5.) That sobriety must be my number one priority if I wish to stay sober, and that I MUST give it away to keep it. (pretty freaky, huh?)
6.) That you can't quite smoking, smoking and that you cannot get in shape by overeating and not exercising.
7.) That it was a good idea after all, to have a child! BI (before Ian) it seemed to be one of the worse things a guy could do, tie himself down with a wife and kid. Whoops, wrong again, wow.. Thank God I learned that one in time.

I think this all about covers the prayers of gratitude! I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving, we did!
